A new Public Policy is on the anvil to help small and micro-enterprises inIndia

Udyog Sahayak Enterprises Network (USENET) is a new policy drafted by Azim Premji University, FICCI, and TISS.

The draft proposes the creation of a support system that will improve the Ease of Doing Business for informal nano, micro, and small entrepreneurs.

Udyog Sahayak Enterprises will be set up across India which will help is digitization. These USEs will help the small businesses in availing government loans, subsidies, or other benefits; ensuring compliance with local, regional, and national regulations.

USEs will help in building partnerships with digital marketing platforms and digital payment platforms for these enterprises.

This is a great thought by the think tanks and by the Governments.

There is a similar Policy Initiative needed for SHGs (Self Help Groups) and FPOs ( Farmer Producer Organisations).
